Located conveniently in the train station, the hotel offers easy access to transportation. Despite being worn on the edges, the city centre is just a short distance away, allowing guests to explore the vibrant surroundings. the rooms provide basic amenities such as a bed and a private bathroom, although the quality of cleanliness and maintenance could be improved.
The lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the staff greatly affected the overall experience.

The staff were great. The location was terrific. 24 hour reception excellent.
I usually stay in hostels for £5-15 per night. This is the cheapest place I could find in Grenoble itself. At around £30 per night I thought it was well over priced. It seems to have paid for the luxury of a TV I did not require. I would suggest removing the TVs and using the savings on larger, cleaner toilets. While not exactly filthy, the toilet wasn't exactly clean... Plus, My knees touched the door, making it very cramped. The shower was adequate but a slight smell as there was no window. I wouldn't have minded all the "bad" points above if it had been cheaper. It came across as a budget hostel, but charged hotel prices.

Location was excellent, and the prices very reasonable. There was a mistake and I was required to stay the first night in a usual room, not a studio as I pre-booked, but for the rest of the nights they offered me an en suite studio, which is much better than the accommodation i originally booked. The staff was helpful, and some of them spoke english. Internet free, very simple to use and good bandwidth - good enough for skype with even a bit of video.
The windows very small and facing an inner tiny courtyard, more like a prison look. My first room was shabby and not very clean, but the more expensive en suite studio - very good. Towels amazingly hard and rough. Thin walls and poor sound proofing - bring earplugs.

The hotel's location was very convenient for our city trip. It was within walking distance to public transportation and numerous restaurants. We also appreciated that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast each morning, which helped us save money on our trip.

Very good location, right next to the train station and conference center. Many restaurants in the neighborhood (check out the excellent Cambodian restaurant to the left when you exit the hotel). Staff is friendly and 24/24 there, breakfast is sufficient and is served within a few minutes.
Rooms are very small (bathrooms and toilets of the "comfort" rooms as well), they clean all the most visible parts but not under the bed etc., walls are quite thin. Good value for money, but the rooms are too small for anything else than to sleep.

1 min from the central station, cheapest in Grenoble, staff fairly well could communicate in English. I did not have high expectations, so my stay was fine.
Some of the rooms really need renovation. There was some work ongoing in the train station during the night, so it was quite noisy, otherwise it is a quit area. Some people seems to live permanently in this hotel and some of them looks a bit strange.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, with its luxurious amenities and unbeatable location. the service was impeccable, with staff always ready to assist. the continental breakfast was a delightful start to the day, with fresh and delicious options. the private facilities were exceptional, with top-notch bathroom amenities and comfortable bedding. the exclusive room advantages, such as a coffee machine and minibar, added to the upscale experience.
this was easily remedied with the use of earplugs.

Location! Overall good for its price.
Night guy is not a sharpest one, but fortunately next morning it became possible to pay by mastercard and also change the room to the one we booked, not the cheaper one.

The personal of the hotel was correct.
We didn't like anything: It was the worse hotel we have ever been. 1) The room were dirty and the beds with flea-bitten blankets. There was room with a sofa, which was very dirty and looked like taken from the bin (or worse). 2) The room were unpleasant, noisy and very hot without air conditioning (It was July). 3) The hotel ambient was like a crazy house (with walls as thin as paper): Children crying in different rooms (the one next door was left alone and was trying to open the door and shouting "mama, mama..." everytime it heard a someone in the corridor, another girl in a room opened the door suddenly when we passed through the corridor and she started shouting at us (it was in french and we could not understand) but she was eating something an during her speech her mouth throwed at us bits of food. No one looked happy there, and the clients looked serious or angry. The ambient was very good for a terror movie. 4) We had to change a double room for another, more expensive and with toiled, because the first one smelled to WC. 5) In the room , called "studio" that we get with toilet had the toilet in the bed-room (no door, nothing). It was like a loft with the toilet in a corner of the room. 6) One of the rooms had a fridge, whith an opened dog-food can inside. 7) The shared toilet room was so small that one could not even sit. It was dirty, smelly and in the middle of the corridor. I did not dare to enter into the shared shower. 8) The hotel charged the price of the room directly from the bank card details given to bookings.com, without my autorization. When I went to pay in the check-out they told me that they had charged the money alredady. 9) We booked two rooms, one twin and the other double buy we get two double bed rooms. There were not rooms with twin bed available. 10) There was no lift 10) TV did not work. However I can say that at list a girl had a pleasant stay there because I could hear her moaning of pleasure in another room.

The price was attractive and there was free parking offered. The hotel's location was convenient and close to the main road. On top of that, there was a 24-hour front desk that could assist with inquiries and needs.
We had a dreadful experience during our New Year's stay. The room was too small, poorly maintained, and the bedding was not clean.
